System logs related to MFP and display agents are shown in two places. If an initial agent installation and configuration with the Synappx cloud is not successful for any reason, the error would be logged in the System Log page. In most cases, this page will be empty.
If MFP or display agents are successfully installed and configured with the Synappx Cloud but experience subsequent agent-related issues that affect Scan, Print or Share, these errors would be found by navigating to the Workspaces tab and selecting Devices & Agents. Important errors with an agent will be indicated by an orange ! or a red triangle (agent is offline) next to the agent ID. You can also click the Log link next to the agent ID to open a window with that specific agent’s system log.
